A:HSDLighting is real lighting manufacturer in China Zhong Shan specialist in all lighting field, home & Modern Lights. Including wall Lamp，Floor Lamp，Table Lamp. 

Q: What certification do you have ?

A: ETL, CE, SAA, CCC Certified.

Q:What's your MOQ(minimum order quantity) ?

A:MOQ for common products is 20PCS,MOQ for custom depend on how difficult the product is.

Q:Can you do customized design? 

A: Yes we have strong R&D team,we can do customized design base on your sample/drawing/photos and requirement. 

Q: Can i get a sample before order?

A:Surely you can, you can sent your sample/drawing/photos and measurement,so that we will have our R&D team to do the samples for you in 15 days.

Q: How much will a sample cost?

A:Normally we just cost 3 time price for the samples. 2*price will be return back for you in mess order. For long-term cooperation partner，we offer free samples sometime.

Q: What is your terms of delivery?

A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit and 70% before shipping by T/T or L/C. Other payment terms please check with us again.

Q: How about the quality warranty? 

A:Our warranty is 1 year after you collecting the containers.

We have strict control of quality from material,production to shipment, use top grade CTN as our standard packing, surface will be wrapped by PE form or bubble wrap, if you find our products damaged when you receive the container, free ones will be offer within next order. 

Q: What is the production leading time?

A: It will takes about 35 days after we collect the order.Feel free to contact us to know more

Q:Can l assemble the products myself?

Our Products can be assembled by any person with the assemble instruction. The assembly is described in detail.The electrical installation of the Products needs to be done by aqualified and trained person with electrical qualification. We can Send you Video Details for Assembling as well if you need.
